Welcome to the Lakeview Heights Tennis Club in Kelowna BC, the best little tennis club in the Okanagan valley. We are located on Anders Road in the Lakeview Heights area of West Kelowna.  We have over 300 members. Our President for 2012 is Marc Greenberg (250) 707-0775.

We offer a number of tennis activities including drop-in tennis nights for Ladies, Men, and Mixed,  Tennis Socials throughout the summer, as well as Club Championships and the Lakeview Heights Open Tournament. Follow the links on the left for details.

If you are concerned about the location of the recently installed children's playground in the club's parking lot, please email your concerns to recreation@districtofwestkelowna.ca.  We are not against a playground, but its location is a safety concern, especially on tournament days when there are many cars coming and going in the parking lot.

In May there will be tennis socials on Sundays May 13th and 27th at 10:00am. Cost is $5 for members which includes lunch.

 

Junior News. Rosie's has both spring and summer classes for juniors. For details, go to the Juniors page.  Please note that the Junior Rookie Tournament scheduled for July 21st has been rescheduled to September 15th.

 

By the way, Rosie recently won the Western Canadian Senior Indoor Nationals Womens 45 singles category. Congratulations Rosie!

 

A series of Adult Clinics are scheduled for May.  These are for club members only, and cost $5 per clinic.  They are scheduled at various times during the day and evening.  For details click here.

 

Kelowna is hosting the Kelowna Tennis Open, and ITF Pro-Circuit Event, from June 30 - July 8. See the attached news release.
