There are Junior Rookie Tournaments scheduled, as well Rosie is offering a Junior Spring Program, see details and costs below. 
  • Junior Rookie Tournament Friday June 29   9:00 - 2:00pm  This tournament is for first time tournament players and even kids just beginning to play.  There will be Under 8, U10, U12 and U14 groups. The object for this tournament is lots of play time.  Pictures from the 2010 tournament are posted here, and from our 2011 tournament are posted here.

  • Junior Rookie Tournament July 21    Tennis BC provides a tee shirt and entry to Tennis BC. 

  • Junior Open Challenger August 10, 11, 12  A Tennis BC sanctioned tournament.

Junior Spring Program for 2012  Dates and times are shown below. Rosie will be teaching the new progressive tennis concept. The following is a brief explanation: 1/2 court: Children will use smaller nets and red Starter Easy Balls.  3/4 court:  Children will play on smaller court, but over regular nets, and use orange Starter Games balls.  Full court: Juniors will play on the regular size court, and use green dot Starter Play balls.  Intermediate and advanced players will use regular balls.

Junior Summer Program for 2012 starts July 3rd.  Similar format to the spring program.   Registration form for the Summer Program is attached.

 

Junior Drop-ins

 Junior membership is $20 and includes a T-shirt and organized drop-ins starting April 30 every Friday until the end of September.  The times are shown below.

4:00 - 5:00pm Progressive tennis 1/2 court (Girls/Boys up to 8) and  3/4 court (Girls/Boys under 11)
5:00 - 6:00pm -Full court  Teens/Younger Advanced Players
